Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters includes tenancy administration, lease term and market data analysis compilation;

Liaise and follow up with landlords on leasing matters;

Coordinate with property management team in overseas offices;

Review the service agreement with landlords;

Maintain good relationship with local landlords who own overseas properties;

Act as the coordinator for overseas property issues with local landlords;

Provide customer service support to local landlords;

Answer clients enquiries;

Communicate with overseas department and partners about overseas property leasing;

Handle contract and agreement issues relating to leasing and property management;

Maintain clients database;

Prepare report of leasing, property management and landlords enquiries log;

To perform ad hoc task assigned from supervisor.

Job Requirements:
1-2 years in administrative/sales administration/ propertyor related experience;

Previous exposure to leasing and legal documents is preferred;

Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing; Google Mail for Business;

Proactive, independent, detailed-minded, organized, hardworking and able to work under pressure;

Pleasant personality, initiative and a good team player, able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high team spirit to work with others;

Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work with last minute changes is a must;

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;

Immediately available is highly preferred.
