Job Duties

• Preparing monthly management results within the Asia Group, involvement in Business, project reviews and reporting to the international Holding Company
• Reviewing and analyzing project and country results and review of projects performance against budget
• Preparation of detailed financial forecasts and budgets across the Asia Group to the International Holding Company
• Involvement with the IT department to assist with managing the reporting requirements of the Finance Management Report Systems and Business Intelligence Tools, which included Project Contract Valuation Reports

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Preferably Post Graduate Qualification in Accounting (CA or CPA)
• Prior construction knowledge preferred as the role will require an understanding of construction accounting
• Excellent interpersonal skills as liaising with senior management regularly
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
