Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Content creation and management, social media marketing, community relations, communications and marketing strategy, and analytics
  • Manage and promote participation in a wide variety of communications and social media activities, including but not limited to email marketing, facebook, instagram, twitter and other social media channels
  • Identify insights with online opinion analysis and develop social media reports
  • Create Social media content and platform management
  • Creative collaboration with marketing head, graphic designers and web developers etc

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in journalism, public relations, marketing, social media, translation or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Mobile Game App field
  • Or 1-2 years+ of experience in online social media, community development, customer support or digital marketing
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English & Chinese is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong Chinese and English writing, editing & communication skills
  • Effective time and project management skills
  • Experience in identify & analyze social media data to adjust content for maximum engagement is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital media tools – Digital photography, basic Photoshop/photo editing skills, knowledge of apps commonly used for creating social content
  • Experience moderating forum discussions
  • Experience in online gaming and toy environment is a plus
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills
  • Solid decision making skills and utilizes direct reports effectively, allocate decision making and other responsibilities to the appropriate people
