We are a HK listed company and a global leader in metal recycling and environmental protection Industry. To cope with our recent business expansion, we are looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:
Draft research reports on potential acquisition targets or investment opportunities;

Prepare financial analysis, valuation, feasibility studies, listing documents and presentations;

Assist in due diligence and deal documentation;

Participating actively in post investment monitoring, reporting and provide regular management updates;

Analyze external economic trends, political and legislation changes, for their financial impact on the investments;

Participate in preparing presentations for decision making and reporting purposes

Requirements:
University graduate in Economics / Finance / Business / Accounting / Investment or related disciplines with professional qualifications a plus;

Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, corporate strategy development or private equity;

Able to independently develop financial model;

Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes;

Analytical mind with a focus on detail, high self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills;

Good team player with good communication skills;

High proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;

Excellent PC skills including MS office and Chinese Word Processing;

Occasional travel is required;
