Network Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on large scale WiFi system
• Implement and operation support on WiFi and security solutions
• Assist on network design
• On call remote support for emergency production incidents

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with CCNA/CWNA certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in Wi-Fi implementation
• Good knowledge and Hands-on experience in Ruckus, Cisco or Aruba WiFi products and wireless network troubleshooting
• Good interpersonal skills and work under pressure
• Good communications skills in English and Mandarin
• Travel may be required according to business requirements
• Must have a flexible schedule to support customers
