Responsibilities:
Report to Client Service Manager

Timely response to enquiries

Responsible for quotation preparation and fulfillment of orders

Coordinate across work teams according to client’s requirements to ensure quality and timely delivery of services

Timely response to customer inquiries, offer solutions and feasibility in a professional manner

Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues with operations and warehouse team(s)

Perform other projects/tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin., Sales & Marketing or related discipline
2-year of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Experience in shipping or logistic customer service an advantage
Independent, patient and passionate
Responsible, reliable with positive working attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Client Service Administration role.
