Essential duties and responsibilities

Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications

Monitor and maintain computer systems and computer network

Support the roll-out of new applications and systems

Respond and support service in a timely manner

Prioritise and manage tasks and support cases

Provide full range of network support and administration services including Windows server infrastructure, LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi infrastructure, Office 365 and IP Telephony

Maintain different IT operations records

Liaise with local vendors and suppliers to meet the requirements and requests for hotel operations teams and hotel guests

Project management and execution with contractors

Requirements

Degree holder or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline

Minimum 10 years working experience in IT field

Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Mature, problem solving oriented and high level of responsibility and initiative

Self-motivated, attentive and with sense of urgency

Independent and able to work under pressure

Is a brand ambassador at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity and companys culture is always maintained
