Intern, CRM Systems
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
- Consumer
Engagement Platform (CEP) consists of multiple IT projects to enable Brand and
Business with a consumer 360 based on integration with both internal and
external systems,
and
enable and develop consumer engagement applications to provide better and more
engaging consumer experiences.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist
on the Project execution for the Regional Digital Consumer Engagement Platform
(CEP) Initiatives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Hands-on assignment on tasks
related
to SDLC on the consumer-related
project
execution. Duties include but not
limited to:
- Consumer
trend and technology research
- Assist
and capture/document
consumer
engagement business scope and requirements
- Participate
in end-to-end
system testing and validation
- Compile analysis and findings
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2nd year or 3rd year
university preferably
in
Computer Science, Operation Management / MIS, Digital Marketing, Statistics/Mathematics or related disciplines
- Excellent
written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), other APAC
language like Japanese, Korea, Thai is a plus
- Strong
analytical skills
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills
- Strong
business acumen and project management skills
- Reliable
and attention to detail
- Independent,
mature and well-organized
- Creative
and self-motivated
- Highly
proficient
in PC application especially MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
