Assistant Inventory Executive

Job Description
  • Prepare inventory forecasts to support Customer and business requirements.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software by entering accurate and complete information into a case database to track customer issues and action items, such as Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Field Service Support.
  • Maintain a current profile on consignment inventory located at Customers’ facilities’ based on monthly consumption.
  • Initiate and process all spares parts purchase orders using software system, ensuring accuracy of delivery schedule. Track and communicate progress of Sales Orders to the Customer, from initial request for quote (RFQ) to shipment confirmation, including order status reports and on time delivery metrics.
  • Coordinate/communicate with various suppliers, including US and Asia HAECO facilities, to rectify any supply chain/production/maintenance issues (such as shipping or paperwork discrepancies, quality discrepancies, etc.).
  • Join management in meetings with customers and suppliers and other HAECO stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative support duties for HAECO Cabin Solutions (HCS) regional departments, such as managing staff roster changes, training administration, handling documents, drafting and managing expense reports, managing office routines, etc.



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and coursework.
  • Minimum of years industry experience in inventory management or logistics handling.
  • Experience in using CRM software is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
  • Successful candidates will be self-starters, fast learners, problem solvers, highly motivated individuals with a general sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner within the fast paced, customer demanding aviation
