Job Description
E Bonus Enterprises Limited is a well established wholesale, import / export trading company located at Kwai Chung and now sincerely inviting high caliber to fill up our vacancy as follows :
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR, Inventory, Cashflow Control, Journal Voucher and General Ledger etc….
Prepare annual accounts and handling tax matters
Streamline work processes and institute control procedures to ensure effective, efficient and timely reporting
Responsible for month-end closing, reporting and bank reconciliation;
Handle customer settlement and staff reimbursement;
Handle all in/outbound operation support with our project team, include but not limited to online/offline payment, ordering and delivery procedures;
Prepare and consolidate budget forecasts and conduct budget analysis & reviews with management;
Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
3 years relevant experience and e-Commerce experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
Mature, stable, self-motivated, good team player, always keep learning
Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
Proficiency in PC Knowledge including Excel & Word, Chinese Typing, PollyPro System is an advantage
LCCI Level 2 or above
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
Immediate available is an advantage.
