Responsibilities:

• receive and handle the incoming enquiries from customers through Alibaba Market Place。
• The incoming customer enquiries are received through the following channels: webchat, phone, email and portal. Assign the incoming enquiries to the appropriate stakeholders within the sales organization.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
• Works under moderate supervision and usually receives detailed instructions on all work.

Requirements:

• student intern position in Shanghai;
• work at least 3 days out of 5 per week;
• strong communication skills;
