Accounting & Finance Manager (Small & Medium Enterprise)
5 Days work / Monthly Salary: HK$40K to HK$45K

Responsibilities:
Prepare group consolidation accounts, month end closing, financial analysis and management reports

Handle taxation issues

Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable and receivables management, cost accounting, forecast and budgeting, and cash flow planning.

Handle full set of accounts

Perform intercompany transaction invoicing and reconciliation

Liaise with external & internal parties/professional bodies on matters relating to statutory audit, annual tax returns, company secretary documents, and other accounting and finance matters

Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related subjects

Qualified member of HKICPA , ACCA or equivalent

Minimum 6 years relevant accounting and/ or audit experience

High level of accuracy and detail-minded

Competence in numerical analysis

some knowledge of POS system preferable

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Stable, well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
