Senior Business Development Officer (18000A3B)
PRIMARY LOCATION : HONG KONG
ORGANIZATION : AXA Hong Kong Life and General Insurance
CONTRACT TYPE : Regular
DESCRIPTION
- Achieve GI/EB sales target
- To maintain target persistency of GI/EB renewal business
- To assist and support upline manager to implement the sales plan
- To assist manager to drive the sales of the business through agency sales channel
- To provide sales support and training to agents in order to make the sales success (e.g. joint call, roadshow meeting, training, seminar and customer service)
- Support and organize sales related promotions and campaign
- To report any comments from client/agents to immediate manager and related
department
- Develop and maintain good relationship with distributors by providing good quality of
services
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Graduate or equivalent
- IIQAS paper I, II &,III
- 3-4 years relevant working experience in related sales distribution channel, preferably in General
Insurance and /or employee benefits sales
- Good presentation and selling skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Mature, patient,independent and excellent communication skill
- Customer focused
- A good team player with positive attitude
