Job Description
Advertising Manager Responsibilities:
1、Overseeing advertising department operations and staff members.
2、Working with staff members or an ad agency to establish and meet projects’ goals and establish and enforce budgets and timelines.
3、Developing advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products.
4、Monitoring project progress from planning to execution to ensure it remains focused and evaluate its effectiveness.
5、Negotiating contracts specifications and terms with external parties.
6、Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it to other parties, including management and internal stakeholders.
7、Participating in the hiring and evaluating employees within the advertising department.
8、Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products.

Advertising Manager Requirements:
1、5+ years of experience in relevant field. Experience of Google/Facebook ad is a must, Amazon ad is a plus.
2、Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
3、Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects/teams.
4、Excellent management, negotiation, listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
5、Decisiveness and strong problem solving skills, especially under stress.
6、Fluent English and Mandarin.
7、Bachelor’s degree or above.
