Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- To prepare IT strategic plan for the whole group
- Act as leader to drive business process improvement for the whole group
- To work closely with other department heads to identify the information requirements.
- To lead the development and implementation of data warehousing and data mining tools for different BU.
- To manage the IT resources demand and supply process and initiate improvement action when required
- To assist in developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching senior staff, and driving major change initiatives
- To coordinate with various teams to prioritize the resources booking requests and resolve any conflicts where necessary
- To implement effective IT control and security policies and procedures
- To manage the IT staff in the aspect of work disciplines and quality mindsets
Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System or related discipline;
- At least over 10 years experience in whichat least 6 years’ experience in a management position;
- Strong project management skill
- Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering
- Sound knowledge of ERP applications in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in data warehousing and data mining
- Working knowledge in retailing sector is an advantage.
- Working experience in MNC is preferable.
- Self-motivated, prudent, committed, result-oriented and a good team player;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
