Positions:
Technical Support Officer / Technical Support Trainee / IT Trainee
Diploma or above is preferred (F.5 graduate can apply Trainee)

Responsibilites:
Provide telephone support to customer

Provide basic technical email support to client

Monitor and Maintain Server

Requirements:
Willing to learn

Computer knowledge is an advantage

Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferable

On-the-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates

Fresh graduates are welcome
