Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and services model across digital and manned channels
  • Design, implement , review & enhance sales and marketing initiatives with frontline sales and key product stakeholders
  • Develop, enhance and promote key product and services packages with key product stakeholders
  • Define customer loading by RM/ channel and manage portfolio reshuffling in order to optimize resources to meet customer needs.
  • Drive sales tool development and customer-centric mobile application for customers
  • Establish services standard, develop and improve customer journey under key processes for ongoing customer experience improvement
  • Quantify sales resources and recommend training requirement
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote BOC brand for our target segments

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 12 years' solid working experience in sales management and channel management in financial industry
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders and cascade message to senior management
  • Strong leadership ability to guide and grow the regional and local teams
  • Familiar with financial products and operations / service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for continuous improvement
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into business insights
  • Exposure in commercial banking business and understanding on corporate loan & trade finance will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Manager role
