Responsibilities:
Operate the digital advertising management system(s) of the company

Execute ad inventory priorities, schedule display ads and execute operational plans

Maintain relationship with ad operation agencies meanwhile assessing advertisers conversion possibility

Monitor and analyze the ad operation data, using data-driven tactics and market insights as basis for optimizing display ad formats to drive the development of advertising business

Review programmatic prices of display ads

Assist in developing Data Management Platform with a view to optimizing ad results and facilitating communication with clients if necessary

Requirements:
1+ year experience in digital advertising operations

Familiar with digital ad management tools especially Google Ad Manager (DoubleClick/DFP)

Experience in programmatic ad networks is a plus

Excellent communication, cross-departmental coordination and customer service awareness

Exceptional attention to details

Professional execution and influence, self-driven, strong resilience, goal-oriented
