Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in recruiting.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting (e.g. sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in hiring executive level candidates.
  • Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated record of personal accountability, work ethic and integrity, with proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide customer consultation, and work effectively in a large-team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build robust, productive relationships.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.

The Tech Staffing team is looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for managing client relationships and sourcing. As a Recruiter on the Tech Staffing team, you'll be responsible for strengthening recruiter and client relationships. You will work closely with the Tech HR and Staffing team and liaise with other functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit appropriate talent and achieve strategic goals.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate.
  • Move quickly and develop strategic agreements to hire candidates, leveraging your experience with recruiting technical talent.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
  • Serve as a mentor through creative thinking and acting as a subject matter expert on all recruiting-related activities to all members of the team.
