Job Responsibilities
- Provide the effective technical services/support to sales/ R&D/ marketing approach as business needed, in the mean time, support and coach the regional service technician.Lead in understanding local poultry business.

Improve flocks' performance and health status by BI technical service and avian products to customers in dedicated areas, focus on southeast key accounts . Do cross support to SAs in other regionals when it is needed.

Building strong contacts with leading poultry companies in regional especially with technical head of SAs.

Effective lead/coach field technical staff to reach BI "World-Class" veterinary services.

Write and disseminate technical articles and information on poultry disease and management.

Handle routine field complaints and problems on-site whenever possible.

Keep closed & effective communication/relationship with regional located KOL.
Qualifications
- Education/Degree Requirements: Master's degree or above
- Major: Veterinary
- Language skills & proficiency: Excellent competence in spoken and written English and fluency in Mandarin.
- Required professional certificates / licences: Licensed veterinarian.
- Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): 1. More than 2 years working experience in the field and technical services, rich poultry practical experience, a solid veterinary theory. 2. Good skills and knowledge in poultry disease research/diagnosis and latest technology sourcing. 3. Good at Word, EXCEL and PPT etc..
