About Animal Health Business

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for checking Bio products dossier conformity to the Chinese regulations. To compile high quality Chinese and English registration dossier.
  • Responsible for applying import permits of samples, reagents, MSV/WSV, challenge virus, MSC/WSC for importing registration purpose.
  • Provides regulatory assessments and advice into new bio business strategies and initiatives as required.
  • Develops strategic plans for area of responsibility. Manages all contacts with registration authorities related to registration.
  • Develops and implements strategies toward timely resolution of regulatory issues arising during the registration programs.
  • Provides leadership for all regulatory activities for international new biological products in China and drives functional excellence at country level consistent with Corporate values..
  • Ensures high levels of engagement, motivation, training and effective use of geographically dispersed and culturally diverse human resources and coaches team members to establish and maintain the required level of functional excellence.
  • To coordinate with Head of Bio imported Regulatory Affairs and other team members to establish and keep good relationship with MARA, IVDC and other authorities. .
  • To be familiar with and apply all BI‘s regulations and policies on Health, Safety and environment.
Qualifications
  • Education/Degree Requirements: At least Master Degree
  • Major: major in veterinary medicine or Biological, and life science
  • Language skills & proficiency: Good writing and reading of technical veterinary documents in English. Fluency in English speaking will be an advantage. At least CET-6 level.
  • Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): At least 4 years’ working experience of regulatory affair in veterinary fields (preferred in multinational company)
  • Good Computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, etc
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent and efficient
