POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Vice President - Engineering the incumbent is responsible for monitoring assisgned development from conceptual desgin to project completion for building services and monitoring consultants and contractors in all areas of Engineering.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversea assigned development from conceptual design to project competion for building services including desgin evaluation, contract negotiation, value enhancement and overall administration.
• Coordinator with the professional team including architects, E&M consultans, structural Engineering, Q.S consultants and the in-house Operators in respect of the overall disgn for the building services.
• Supervise site works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and drawings.
• Carry out works in accordance with approved budget/program.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional qualifications in building services HKIE/MCIBS/MIEE/MI Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of post qualification proven experiences in property development, hotel development and experience in Macau are preferred
• Well-versed with building services regulations and possess practical knowledge of liaison with various Authorities
• Conversant in the knowledge of various kinds of building services materials and their applications
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese with excellent interpersonal and leaderships skills
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving capability
