Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead setup of new plant to support supply chain growth within planned timeline.
• Implementation, supervision and monitoring of the project from pre-construction to post-construction.
• See to it that the project is done in accordance with the plans and specifications with good quality and within project budget and schedule. Define the technical specifications.
• Organize the construction group which includes the designers, contractors and supervisory company’s representatives, government authorities, and suppliers to work together. Control the project quality and construction project schedule.
• Be responsible for building new team for new plant and lead the team to deliver solid performance as required.
• Lead introduction of new products for new plant with respect to project schedule.
• Lead team from NPI to drive productivity ramp up, troubleshooting to make production running smoothly from startup to standardized batch production.
• Lead operation team to fulfill customer demand in term of quality, cost, and delivery schedule. Organize resources and activities required for delivery of wind turbines, ensure EHS into to entire organization and drive process improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor above degree (Business, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage and coordinate extensive internal and external project resources. Strong understanding of estimation and budgeting process.
• 5+ year work experience, experience or understating of manufacturing operations, has strong sense of EHS & Quality control.
• Knowledge of schedule and resource planning techniques and software.
• Ability to make decisions quickly, especially under uncertain conditions.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills with management, peers, and subordinates.
• Solid oral and written communication skills both in English and Chines.
