Your new company

My client is a Global Leading Cruise Company, with long established reputation for its cutting-edge technology and innovative products. Over the years, it has been running a successful and sustainable business in China market. Due to increasing business demand, it is now looking for a Retail Operation Supervisor to join its Shanghai team.

Your new role

Work with cross-functional teams and various revenue partners to support the shipboard revenue
operations. Interact intensively with shipboard revenue counterparts to make appropriate
operational plans for revenue areas including bar, restaurant, entertainment, photo, shore
excursions, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor Degree preference in Hospitality Management or Project Management.
Track record in understanding cultural sensitivities and developing products suitable for Chinese and Asian market.
Demonstrated experience in creating a ‘step-change’ environment and delivering real customer and company value within a multi-national organization.
Display high competency and knowledge in wine, spirits and cocktail preparation within multiple beverage outlets.
Possess excellent English written and spoken skills. Be an effective communicator, lead and positively motivate colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel and PPT.
Demonstrate clear accountability for results, be guest and service driven, must be open and adapt to a dynamic change environment.
