As a member of the Management Consulting team, PTAs / interns will be challenged to work on research, proposals, projects, and business development activities aimed at delivering business impact and value creation for leading organizations in China.

Key qualifications

• Outstanding records of academic and/or professional achievement
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in progress (including MBA, Juris Doctor, MD, etc.); recent graduate with less than 2 years of work experience
• Entrepreneurship spirit and “can-do” mindset
• Exceptional critical analysis and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Energetic and detailed-orientated
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Consulting experience and cold call experience preferred
• Mandarin Chinese: native written, reading and oral skills required
• English: full professional proficient written and oral skills required

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

PTAs/ Interns will support Management Consulting in the following areas:

• Contribute to client projects and thought leadership by conducting primary and secondary market research, gathering and analyzing data and information, formulating and testing hypotheses, drafting written materials, developing recommendations and story lines
• Support in marketing events by coordinating with stakeholders, planning procurement and logistics
• Assist in managing internal operations by collecting and analyzing KPIs and developing management reports to Senior Partners and Executive Committees
