Purpose of the Job
  • Assist in administrative activities of the overall organization so that related staff, equipment, suppliers, and other resources, managed and used effectively and economically.
  • Based on Heating business needs and Human Resource strategy, is the HR support function of recruitment, employee relationship, labor relationship, meet the related HR KPI requirements (X+1) , thus ensure operational excellence and provide better service to internal customers.
  • Is the HRBP for the Management of Heating China and guides, coaches and support the management on topics as leadership, organizational and team development, learning and development, etc.
Your Role
  • Admin Role-HR Admin. Part
  • Daily management on housekeeper, canteen, etc. to ensure the smooth running of company.
  • Monitor the admin cost; find the optimal way to reduce cost.
  • Complete and continuously improve related procedures, thus provide more efficient and effective service.
  • Handle big emergency cases.
  • Communicate with departments to hear voice of customer.
  • HR role: HR Business Partnership
  • Is a member of the Plant Management Team and gives input for the X+1 and X+ 5
  • Is first point of contact for all line management in the plant, Sales team and the Technical Service team for personnel related topic, coaches them and challenges the teams and organization for excellence.
  • Manages various HR processes for the plant, within business unit strategy and within the group and regional guidelines, such as: performance management, job evaluations, communication, job rotation, dismissals and employee engagement.
  • Support and coaches the management of the plant and Sales in organizational development and change management.

  • Understand business strategies and demands
  • Translate business Heating demands to HR strategies and plans, in alignment with the Global HR Manager Heating
  • HR Role: Talent Acquisition
  • Understand and evaluate the manpower demand and requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels
  • Select qualified people by effective assessment process
  • HR Role: Staffing Administration
  • Ensure the process from employment to contract termination smooth and integrated to avoid nonconformity issues
  • Ensure comprehensive personal file to make personnel information traceable
  • HR Role: Employee Relationship
  • Ensure all HR policies and operations are complied with labor laws and local government requirements
  • Union management
  • Improve the employment relationship by effective employee’s communication, team building, people care and assistance, etc.
  • HR Role: Learning & Development
    • Analyze training needs together with line managers to design yearly training plan, coordinate with regional learning center for implementation
    • Control training budget and effectiveness
  • HR Role: Performance Management
    • Setup performance oriented atmosphere by effective performance management
    • Help the managers/supervisors to setup clear targets for employees and assess their performance fairly and effectively.
    • Identify and recognize the top performers. Manage the low performers.
  • HR Role: C&B
    • Coordinate with regional C&B team and Global HR Manager Heating to establish C&B policy and implement in plant
    • Propose offer to GM for new employee or job change employee
    • Coordinate with HR China, Global HR Manager Heating and GM to evaluate job grade by using Hay system.
    • Organize the explanation and communication to employees for C&B change or major questions from employee
    • Comply with the local government policies and global requirements.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 8 years HR experiences or above, at least 3 years' experience in managerial position
  • Be familiar with at least 3 functions of HR. The HR generalist or partner experience is a plus.
  • Result oriented and self-driven
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Good command of both written and verbal English
