Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a recruiting search firm or in-house staffing, with people management experience.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a staffing business strategy, which includes an annual hiring plan that emphasizes the quality and diversity of hires; focus on process efficiency, client management, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners and Staffing Effectiveness teams; lead the staffing portion of annual headcount planning and staffing resource planning processes.
  • Manage and influence complex partner relationships to ensure Staffing objectives are met.
  • Manage a team of recruiters in Shanghai.
