Our McCann Health, Shanghai, Healthcare team looking for one Group Account Director.
Background:
McCann Healthcare Shanghai focuses predominantly on pharmaceutical, OTC and Hospital clients where the primary target for communication is HCPs followed by patients and other stakeholders Viz. caregivers, policy makers, etc. Key clients: Nov*****, As*** Z*****, G**, Lil**, Ba***, Gil***, Ro*** etc.
This position will be responsible for managing ongoing client relations and building new business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the team of 3-6 Account Servicing people
Manage ongoing projects with key clients (Nov****, As*** Z*****, Ro***, Gi**** etc)
Build new business opportunities with organic relationship building as well as continuously seeking new clients
Lead the new business pitch efforts
Cross functional coordination with Medical, Strategy, Digital and Creative teams
Manage vendor relationships for third party jobs
Accurately follow the financial processes to manage billings and revenue
Candidate Profile:
8- 15 Years of overall experience in healthcare/ Rx out of that at least 2 -3 years in healthcare advertising
At least 2 -3 years’ experience of managing team
Mandarin + English speaking, writing skills
Good understanding of digital communications
Good process and financial orientation
Collaborative in nature
Relationship building skills
Strategic understanding of pharmaceutical communications
