• Support buyer / SDE and NPD P&SM leader to follow up / summary delivery status in New Product Development steps (prototype build, pilot build)
• Support buyer / SDE by gathering technical information (drawing download, Technical requirements, …)
• Support system working (SAP maintainance, Corporate Data Warehouse data analysis)
• Support project leader to update Bill of Material and collect information from buyers
• Support project leader to track Engineering Change Notice in New Product Development
• Support project leader to summary Material Productivity Program projects status
• Support project leader cost analysis activities
• Other process improvements activities based on special request
• Work in accordance with the Volvo CE processes, the Volvo Way, and the Volvo values and behaivors

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• University student ( grade 3 of bachelor or grade 2 of master, 3~5 working days available per week for this position)

• Commercial / language / economics or technical background

• Strong communication skills and social competence

• Team player

• Fluent English

• Good command of Excel for data analysis
