1. Key Objectives and Scope of the Position

Transform business needs into HR solutions.
Strategic implications to assess challenges/ incidents.
Recruiting Management.
People development and retention management,ER case management

2. Major Responsibilities and Degree of Influence
  • Advise business workforce development through efficient recruiting and staffing.
  • Lead business, staffing team, contractor and interns to fulfill recruiting target. E.g. HAD, digitalization, etc critical positions.
  • Manage business, staffing team for HR/recruiting activity for branding promotion and potential pipeline set up strategically.
  • Foresee rentention risk and advise applied development tool to business, work together with business for different solutions.
  • Guide business department for reasonable solution according to HR policies and procedures from daily operation requirements.
  • Solves conflicts between departments as a trustful mediator
  • Guide and facilitate department heads, senior managers for organizing management succession plan. Advise business and key talents deveopment plan for key potentials.
  • Organize and lead annual Portfolio (performance appraisal) process and follow up on necessary actions.
  • Manage business for annual salary planning.
  • Provides business with HR insights to solve their issues.
  • Meets business needs in HR aspects, build up bridge between HR and business departments.
Qualifications and Experience
3. Qualifications
Bachelor Degree and above in HR major, Psychology etc.

4. Knowledge / Skills /Competences
  • Comfortable to communicate in both written and oral English, experience in international environment is a plus; knowledge of the local labor market trends.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill; strong planning and organizational skills and detail, process oriented; good team player
  • Ability to handle conflict situation, change managment.
  • Ability and experience to handle ER cases
  • Willingness to travel

5. Experience
  • Above 8 years solid working experience in HR Business partner in large organizations.
  • Solid recruiting skill and sense. Headhunter experience is plus.
  • Exellent English skill
