Responsibilities
  • Following all the routings from overseas offices

  • Contacting the suppliers to provide the necessary information to overseas for shipping instruction

  • Organizing operation and documentation to well proceeding the shipments

  • Preparing the DEBIT NOTE and PRE-ALERT to overseas

  • Assisting operation to close the file for accounting dept

  • Making the shipping report to overseas office according to the specific client's request

  • Helping manager to improve service quality

  • Requirements
  • At least 3 year relevant experience in foreign freight forwarding company

  • Knowledge of nomination cargo handling procedure

  • Knowledge of sea, air import and export business is helpful

  • Good reaction of the market and communication skills with people
    Team work spirit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, very organized
    Good in written and spoken English with goods computer skills, familiar with MS Office
