Company was founded in 2003 with the aim of helping Chinese students gain entry into the most reputable schools in the UK. We now have offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Hangzhou, Changzhou and London with several more planned.

• Oversee the sales funnel for prospective clients of UK higher education study abroad services
• Act as a liaison to families and students with overseas advisors in the BE London office, field queries from both sides to create smoother channels of communication and manage expectations with cultural and linguistic nuance
• Directly own caseload of students and families to assist them through the the UK university application process
• Assist parents to fill in application forms and explain BE's services
• Help families prepare for their children going to study overseas
• Maintain regular contact with clients and students
• Update customers' information and provide timely updates and reporting
• Ensure the information from school documents sent by the school abroad, are passed to parents and assist them to understand where necessary.
• Translate enrollment information for parents and make sure they understand each step of the application and enrollment process
• Finish other tasks assigned by superior level

• A successful candidate has:
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Excellent English and Mandarin;
• 1-2 years related working experience would be an asset, or Graduating Students;
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly;
• Strong organization, coordination, communication, problem solving and the ability to work under pressure;
• Active, attentive, patient, outgoing;
• Graduate of top tier Chinese university or overseas university a plus.
