Role:

• Assist pilot plant manager on production scheduling / health and safety / equipment management and lead technicians to meet pilot plant’s AOP targets

Accountabilities:
1.Pilot plant production

• Production scheduling
• Work with other R&D functions during the trail and lead technicians to finish the trail on schedule with good quality
• Operate equipment during trail as needed

2.Health and Safety programs

• Implement all health and safety programs in pilot plant and warehouse
• Report & correct any risks/ near miss / errors in pilot plant and warehouse

3.Equipment management

• Working with maintenance engineer to maintain all pilot plant equipment in good working condition
• Working with maintenance engineer to build up / improve equipment management system

4.Warehouse management

• Audit warehouse management, working with warehouse operator to improve warehouse management system and management

5.Quality and food safety

• Conduct GMP audit and lead correction & improvement activities
• Working with pilot plant QC to improve quality and food safety system

Measurements:

• Safety: LTIR<0.3
• Production: out of spec. production rate<0.2%; production delay more than 4 hours< 5%
• GMP: production area and warehouse in good GMP level

Working Relationships:

• Pilot plant team internal
• PDs and Process development engineers
• Equipment suppliers

Requirements:

• Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must
• Majored in food / beverage engineering / processing
• At least 5 years of working experience in food or beverage manufacturing plant or related
• Management experience in food or beverage manufacturing plant is preferred
