YOUR ROLE

• Prepares, conducts training programs based on training schedule, follows up each training session by program learning path, ensures training quality and efficiency
• Conducts infield coaching session with sales managers or sales to ensure training effectiveness and capability improvement, utilize coaching worksheet to log coaching feedback and track improvement
• Drives post training follow-ups to ensure training application and stickiness via frequently effective communication with business stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of special projects initiated by global or regional
• Proactively aligns and supports SBU regional/Greater China initiatives with China SBU stakeholders
• Proactively work with internal APC team in global/regional to share best practice, successful cases and training program improvement
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major
• Above 5 years above work experience, with both experience in sales and training
• B2B industry preferred
• Passion for training and proficient in English
• Good team player and stakeholder management skill
