Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completion of process support and installation of new wafer etching systems at customer sites.

• As team member, develop process for new application at customer sites on existing Lam equipment. Complete evaluation of new hardware with desired result.

• Team work with other internal departments and customers, drive the activity /projects successfully. Can work under pressure/high loading short term.

• Logic thinking to define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendation for new and previously installed Lam equipment.

• Setup and complete experiments, collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge in plasma etching, familiar with fab enviroment is preferred.

2. Majoring in Micro-electronics/Chemistry/ Physics/ material science related. Master >3~5 years; PhD, >1~2 year,(Fresh graduate with PhD degree, research experience in semiconductor & semiconductor process is preferred.)

3. Self-driven, high motivation to learn new knowledge,in-depth understanding

4. Fluency in writing and oral English.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Domestic travel based on bussiness requirement
