1) Monthly payroll calculation,
2) Verify workshop staff's attendance record, and OT hours etc.
3) Staff database input and maintenance
4) Employment enroll and exit registration process execution
5) Handle social insurance, integration insurance, commercial insurance & house funding support and management
6) Maintain personnel record in HR database
7) Prepare the Personal Files,
8) Vacation and other absence maintenance in SAP
9) Access control system and fingerprint system management
10) Related HR data statistic (SEED data, OT, leaves and absence)
11) Employee benefits registration (marriage allowance, childbirth allowance, survivor benefits, dentistry allowance
12) Delivery monthly HR reports timely with 100% accuracy
13) C&B project support, including but not limited to annual merit/ annual bonus/ budget etc.
14) SAP system upgrading to help improve efficiency
15) Responsible for HR reports incl. SURE, company and government required if any
16) Other tasks assigned by the Manager
任职要求:
1) Minimum 5 years relevant experience
2) Bachelor’s degree or above
3) PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
4) Be familiar with Mercer system /SAP experience is preferred
5) Familiar with Chinese labor law and relevant regulations.
6) Good communication skill
7) Details oriented & well organized
8) The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
9) Good interpersonal skill and team spirit
10) Awareness of service, demonstrated passion and skills for internal customer problem solving/satisfaction
11) Self-motivate, can work under pressure
12) In data sensitive, patient and strong sense of responsibility
13)Professional approach in dealing with confidential information
