Golder has a new opportunity for an EHS Consultant to join our Environmental Services team on a full-time basis based in Shanghai.

• Conduct EHS related consulting projects, including but not limited to Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Environmental Due Diligence (EDD), EHS compliance audit, permitting, training, regulation services, etc.;
• Perform and/or assist in other environmental health and safety related consulting services as required;
• Good knowledge of key national/regional environmental health and safety legislation;
• Act as a visible role model of Golder’s culture, demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with the Code of Conduct and Core Values;
• Ensure actions and behaviors are always aligned to Golder’s Equality Policy.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental science, environment engineering, safety or other related majors;
• 5 Years of work experience, preferred experience in multinational consulting firm
• Experience in EHS related audit is a plus;
• Familiar with local regulations and professional guidelines;
• Excellent work ethic with strong organization, time management and detail oriented with emphasis on quality of work;
• Strong inter-personal, verbal communication and technical writing skills are essential;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Flexibility to work extra hours; and
• Frequent travel is required.
