Job Purpose:

• Assist Production manager and Plant Manager in Tianjin all Warehouse related operations with respect to output, quality, efficiency and cost, Warehouse OTIF, RFT, OEE, Inventory Accuracy & Cost Saving, EHS , etc.
• Assistant Production manager and Plant Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/14001 & TS 16949 system company wide.
• Ensure both Huntsman and local EHS regulations/standards are should adhered.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead Warehouse team in implementing Huntsman & local EHS standards and housekeeping in all work undertaken as laid down in the EHS guidelines.
• Manage all Warehouse related activities with respect to safety, quality, efficiency and cost to achieve a high standard management level in warehouse field.
• Coordinate with Production team, Production planner, QC/QA, LEAN and Engineering in delivering required results
• Continuously coach and develop Warehouse team member
• Prepare part of work instruction for warehouse and ensure all operations are fully comply with related procedures or instructions by timely refresh training and evaluation.
• Support internal and external audit, guest visit
• Continuously improvement in EHS/Quality/LEAN by actively joining related RCA and incident investigation and etc.
• Support and lead operators training with other function
• Improve warehouse/operation efficiency, control OT, support cost down
• Take part in new operators’ interview

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

( education, experience, skills and training required for the job )

Education: Prefer college graduate or above. Majored in chemical process

Experiences: Three years or above relevant experience in chemical plant. Experience in working in the multi national company is a plus. Has received TS 16949 auditor training and got the certificate.

Skill: Forklift driving skill. Have some basic computer and English skill. ERP(prefer SAP) system knowledge, good skill for materials storage and arrangement.

Training: EHS, chemical and team management knowledge.

Auditor training.

Knowledge: Understand the ISO9001/14001 standard and technical specification for ISO/TS16949.
