Responsibilities: • Based on ITIL,support the whole team to maximize the quality of IT support related to service delivery, so as to improve customer satisfaction; • Responsible for designing and delivering IT training courses independently such as new hire orientation, Windows & Office, internal application system, Soft skill for IT Service; • Independently design and prepare training materials, user guide, FAQ from training, feedback collection and enhancement; • Update, maintain and upgrade the IT knowledge base and make timely adjustment according to the IT strategy; • Able to communicate, coordinate and obtain support through various effective channels when events need to be upgraded; • Participated in IT intern interview and screening work before new members joined; Coach and observe IT interns' performance and development; • Assist ER Service Management Manager on internal IT Projects • Communicate and coordinate with IT members and internal Deloitte users as the interface of the whole project team; • Responsible for the compilation, sorting and sharing of relevant documents during the project execution; • Independently write testing script and coordinate UAT and regression testing with internal projects; • Other IT jobs when necessary.
Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. • Good written and oral communication ability in both English and Chinese(CET-6 or TEM-4 is required.) • Able to work rigorously, carefully, can work under pressure. • Advanced skills in MS Project and MS Office Suite (Power point, Word, Excel) . • Excellent communication, presentation & delivery skills. Have a sense of IT service. • Related experience in training/IT support/IT service/project management is highly preferred. • PMP and ITIL is highly preferred.
