• To monitor all system are on line with business and day-to-day operation activities.
• To handle operating system, office and business software installation and implementation.
• Network Infrastructure and Administration, including participating in dedicated project tasks.
  • Hardware repair & maintenance for PC & Equipment.
  • Trouble shooting, user support on using software and hardware.
  • To handle system backup and recovery, virus cleaning and prevention.
  • To provide end users training on office and application software.
  • Software application development/report writing for business application.
  
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines, with relevant working experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Windows 2007 / XP/ NT, MS Office, TCP/IP networking, Windows Domain.
• Knowledge of computer programming is preferred.
• Backup solutions, networking equipment.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong in problem solving, with good communication skills and telephone manner.
• A self-motivated and enthusiastic team player.
• Shift duty is required.
