HR & Admin Support Officer


The Bank of Nova Scotiabank, Shanghai Branch


Scopes & Responsibilities

  • Reconcile local employee payroll, OT and benefit calculations for HR agency’s further processing.

(with knowledge about expatriate officer’s IIT & filing, etc. would be a plus).


  • Manage sound employee HR records, daily attendance/OT/annual leave records, etc.


  • For employee recruitment/staff turnover, complete on-boarding/off-boarding process.


  • As assistant to Branch Manager (expatriate officer) including organizing meeting and taking meeting minutes.

  • Manage travelling officers/visitor’s local logistic arrangements (e.g., visa, hotel & transportation, etc.)


  • Operation and admin support functions:

  • incoming/outgoing swift process and security check.

  • customer statements reconciliation.

  • system access control and as admin coordinator for systems.

  • manage office supplies, office building, courier, telecom, etc.

  • assist branch vendor contract renewal and management

    • Other duties as and when assigned by Branch Manager.


    Requirements

    • 1-2 years relevant experience in foreign companies, university graduate is preferable.
    • Good written and oral English.
    • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Diligent and high sense of responsibilities .
    • Willing to learn and detail-oriented.
