Responsibility:

Closely monitor daily production process Equipment performance(yield, SPC, ESD, 5S, Standard device, jig, safety, calibration, etc.) and give quick feedback and work out improvement action plan Maintain and repair equipment/jigs/fixtures Involve/Lead yield improvements and troubleshooting of existing procedures where necessary. Plan PM/calibration schedules to keep the equipment in best condition Be responsible for statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking. Production data analysis and report generation Liaise and communicate internally among all members to ensure smooth operating of the team Communicate in and between department and team where it is necessary in order to carry out the job responsibility Organize and plan on spare parts to minimize downtime Other added responsibility as assign by supervisor

Requirement:

College degree with 3 years working experience or above. Basic knowledge of opto-electronics component, electrician knowledge. And have the concept in statistical process control. General understanding of mechanical/electronic/optical theory. Specific technical skills may include alignment, die bond, wire bond, seam sealing, splicing, soldering, etc., and at least deeply understand on one of above. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English, short correspondence, and memos; the ability to write simple correspondence and reports, know the proper noun often used.
