Qualifications

Education:
B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Computer Science

Project management experience

Certification in global Oracle HCM cloud is preferred

Work Experience · Multiple Years ( >5) experience in HR systems or advanced HR system user (super user) preferably HR / Benefits / Payroll / recruitment/learning Management /performance management/…..)

• At least 2+ year’s of experience in working with at least two of the following: UNIX, Oracle HCM and SQL/SQR, Access DB
• Proven quality focus in providing customer-driven products, services and solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to lead others in a directed effort to complete medium to large-sized projects.
• Proven ability to mentor others in the technical and/or business aspects of HR information systems
• Strong project management background with experience in utilizing the latest in planning and tracking tools. Thorough understanding of project management theory, practice and associated methodologies.
• Business knowledge related to the Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll functions.
• Proficiency in utilizing personal/business productivity tools including but not limited to the Microsoft Office suite of products and Lotus Notes groupware products.
• Desired: Previous experience leading project efforts related to a PeopleSoft implementation.
