Responsibilities:
To be responsible of daily Recruiting Activities in Shanghai and Chengdu;
To monitor the effective and efficiency of the recruiting channels;
To handle the staffing process and achieve recruitment objectives effectively;
To deliver the campus speech together with the Recruiting Manager;
To support Recruiting Manager to conduct various recruiting activities such as Job fairs, campus tours and onsite interview etc.;
To update JD by coordinating with the Recruiting Manager to ensure exact position information;
Control and reduce recruiting cost, shorten cycle time with high efficiency and quality;
Providing recruiting reports accurately and punctually;
Qualifications:
Good communication skills;
Good computer skills, familiar with Excel, Word and related HR software;
Good team spirit and service sense;
Bachelor degree majored in business/human resources/personnel admin.;
3+ years relevant working experience with recruiting experience;
Fluent English and Mandarin, both oral and written;
