Job Description
Job Responsibility
  • Manage CEO's appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of his time.
  • Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for CEO to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
  • Provide a strong link between the CEO’s office and other departments within the company (global, regional and country), and external parties and support the CEO in dealings with both internal and external communications.
  • Receive VIP visitors, coordinate VIP events and act as a hostess for guests to provide logistics support. Effective communication and strong support to Regional and HQ counterparts.
  • Support and manage CEO expenditure records, approval and maintenance within established process.
  • Assist with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks
  • Other tasks assigned


Job Requirements

  • Good command of MS office application
  • University degree with at least 4 years relevant working experience in multinational company in administrative and business support for senior executive
  • Ability to gather and organize complex data from multiple sources
  • High confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people
  • Initiative, resourcefulness and problem solving ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
