Responsible for overseeing all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation and administration of distributor ethics program in China.

• Create and deliver relevant training content to best educate Distributors regarding Policies and Procedures, and best practices.

• Liaise with the management team to understand market trends and needs.

• Facilitate and participate in completion of complex cases, especially those involving top Distributor leaders. Recommend appropriate sanctions as needed.

• Provide internal Ethics training to Ethics team, Distributor Services and other departments.

• Review, revise and approve Distributor created advertising.

• Establish and report Ethics score-carding to monitor and improve department effectiveness.

• Strong written and oral communication skills. Legal research and writing experience preferred.

• Law degree, MBA, or paralegal certificate, or equivalent MLM distributor compliance experience preferred.

• Two years customer service background.

• Strong computer skills, including strong proficiency in excel.

• Ability to speak and write English required.

• Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.

• Occasional travel (international/domestic) required
