Job Description

  • Ensure all critical path for pre-opening complete properly and property will be opening successfully
  • Achieve short and long-term commercial results of the hotel;
  • Lead, develop and inspire all departments and hotel Team Members, to ensure optimum performance;
  • Establish clear accountabilities for profit and growth with all operational teams, and contributions in expense management for all support functions;

  • Adhere to divisional and regional strategy whenever decisions of long term nature are involved;
  • Ensure that the assets are maintained properly and meet ONYX brand standards at all time, implementing effective preventative maintenance programmes and initiating appropriate capital expenditure projects in a timely manner;

Qualifications:

- Work experience with similar position in serviced apartment or 4 - 5 star hotel for minimum of 3 years, for who hold the position as EAM/Hotel Manager over 2 years will be considered as well
  • Native Mandarin speaking, fluent English speaking
  • Good in Leadership, solving problem, and communication skills
  • Pre-opening experience preferred
