Job Purpose: Design and produce a range of multimedia solutions in support of the department’s online training and cultural engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shoot, produce and edit video and photo content to be used in e-Learning training courses and assessments, in line with organizational training priorities.
  • Develop and create design themes and artwork for e-Learning programs.
  • Create and customize the design and branding of Wynn’s e-Learning website.
  • Locate, convert and integrate web-based multimedia educational content to be featured in training courses, and in Wynn’s Learning Management System.
  • Design and create posters and signage to promote training initiatives and e-Learning programs.
  • Perform a variety of graphic design tasks to support the department’s training and cultural engagement programs.
  • Support the daily task allocation to the e-Learning team.
  • Assist with employee activities and events and suggest improvement ideas when needed.
  • Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Assistant Director - Learning & Advancement.

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of design and video production. Experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Language Ability: Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English. Working proficiency in spoken Mandarin.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, and a range of design and video production software (Photoshop, InDesign, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, Animate)
