Lead and coach warehouse team, Manage inventory and keep inventory record accuracy and timely updated, Implement Standard Operation Procedure in warehouse organization, Promote Continuous Improvement of warehouse function, 5S and safety control in warehouse environment.
Implement automation system in warehouse area.
Manage and optimiza packing and internal logistics solution.
Control warehouse related cost.
1.Make the Warehouse organization plan together with Head of Logistics and HR
2.Select candidates resume, schedule interview with HR and choose the proper staff
3.Make and continuous improve warehouse material flow process
4.Optimize warehouse area layout to fit requirement for inventory management and 5S
5.Update SAP system information in time,Ensuring the maintenance of highly detailed records of material/FG transaction
6.SAP trainning,procedure trainning and certification to warehouse staff
7.Ensure all stocks are kept in good status and safety conditions, provide and maintain a clean and safe environment in Warehouse, Ensure material-handling equipments are maintained in good conditions
8.Review daily shipment schedule , arrange finished goods re-packing and labeling to meet delivery requirements ensure 100% on time delivery.
任职要求：
1.Above college/business management or relevant major.2.Above 3 years working experience in manufacturing warehouse management
3.Master warehouse and logistis management knowledge,5S,warehouse safety knowledge.
4.Be familiar with SAP knowledge,Skilled in ERP operation, lean production knowledge, IE 4.0 basic knowledge
5.Proficient in reading and writing, basic listening and speaking skill of English is must.
