Job Description

Aufgaben

Objectives

  • The team “Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Processes” bears within MBPM the responsibility for supply for materials, the operation of the parts and core warehouse, the management of BoM documentation for in-house products engines, transmissions and EHCs and the program planning for these corresponding in-house products. The announced position will focus on supporting to operate routine warehouse activities.



Task

  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage: to execute continuously the location management according to the existing stock status and the future business development

• Warehouse area 5S management and visual management: to realize and improve the warehouse environment based on 5S standard

• Warehouse on-hand equipment management: to overall manage equipment quantities and status, make sure the availability of equipment for warehouse operation activities

• Implement and optimize the standard operation procedure of the warehouse: to support on operation procedure implementation and improvement to comply with the requirement of safety and effectiveness

• Warehouse operation reporting: to collect and provide data related to above defined job scope

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor: to be adaptable for possible tasks assigned by supervisor





Qualifikationen

Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics or relevant experience or solid working experience in warehouse.
  • Experience in storage optimization and ability of continuous improving.
• Good command in MS Office, SAP.
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
